Established in 1993 by Wanda Mathis and Dr. Keith Mathis, the company was built on the intersection of management principles and behavioral science. Operating from its roots in Missouri, the co-founders designed a curriculum that prioritized interpersonal communication, behavioral adjustments, and collaborative frameworks over rigid technical steps. Dr. Keith Mathis integrated a background in Behavioral Science, a Master's in Management, and a Ph.D. in Administration Management to establish a unique, results-driven teaching philosophy.
PMI Alignment & Certification Boot Camps
As global industries shifted toward standardized execution methodologies, The Mathis Group pivoted heavily to become a specialized provider for Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
