Negativity is all around us. Each and every day we deal with a client, co-worker, boss, child, or spouse who is just not pleasant to be around. Most people are not excited about change. While there is a rare breed of people who are excited about change, the majority tend to dig in their heels and be resistant, at least initially. Once they understand the change, why it is happening, and how it will affect them, employees will be more likely to get on board and support the future direction.
