June 2016 Messenger: 10 Commandments for Dealing with Workplace Negativity

Negativity is all around us. Each and every day we deal with a client, co-worker, boss, child, or spouse who is just not pleasant to be around. While we all have our occasional bad days, there are those who seem to have more than their fair share. How do we deal with them without being sucked into the negativity vacuum? The Mathis Group wants to teach you ways to handle conflict.

In the June issue of The Mathis Group’s Messenger, 10 Commandments for Dealing with Workplace Negativity, we look at how damaging negativity can been in a workplace. This month, we give you the first five commandments to follow to reduce negativity and increase employee morale.  I hope you enjoy it!
