February 2016 Messenger: Positive Peer Pressure

When a person starts a new job, they often keep a close eye on people who have been there for years. Do they seem to like their job? Do they respect management? Oftentimes, the new employees take their cue from the veterans, which may affect their attitude and work ethic. Our goal is that it does alter, but positively! The Mathis Group wants to teach you how to treat your veteran employees so that they don’t feel that they are just doing a job, but are invested in the success of the company. Merry Christmas from The Mathis Group! While the holiday season usually brings out a joyful spirit in people, there are those who will become a scrooge this time of year. When conflict and negativity arise within an organization, morale, motivation, and productivity will rapidly decline.
