September 2015 Messenger: Lose the ‘Tude

We all know those people who are always negative. No matter what happens, they see the world through a “glass is half empty” view. It doesn’t often take long for those people to effect the attitudes of others around them. One negative person on a team can eventually cause the entire group to become negative. This month's Messenger, Lose the ‘Tude, looks at how old habits die hard and it can be difficult for a negative person to begin seeing the positive side of things and having a good attitude. When negative situations arise, there are times when an organization must change its mission and vision to accommodate a new direction. Although change is often hard to communicate and implement, it can be done without you wanting to pull your hair out! .
