When working on a project, I’m sure that you’ve seen times when traditional project management just doesn’t quite fit what you need to do. Occasionally, you must blend traditional project management with Agile project management. This is one of the many reasons why it is beneficial to have both certifications. Having a detailed knowledge of traditional and Agile project management will give you a firm foundation on which to build your projects.
