Continuous improvement is the ongoing effort to improve processes, products, and services by constantly seeking ways to improve how work is done.
PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) is a problem-solving methodology commonly used to identify areas for improvement, test and refine processes, and ultimately achieve greater success. Implementing continuous improvement and PDCA can achieve greater efficiency, better quality, and increased customer satisfaction. This Milestone will briefly explain each step of the PDCA cycle.
