Marketing has changed dramatically since I started doing it 20+ years ago. Back then, everything was done through the mail or in a printed publication. Social media was so new that very few people had ever heard of it.
Fast forward to today, and it’s been years since we’ve sent out anything through the mail. Everything is digital. One thing that has remained the same is the need for our message to get to our customers. We still must communicate our desired message to our target audience.
